I recently purchased an HP All in One computer. The sales assistant mentioned the The Buy Plus membership. I was very interested in the price match for 60 days. Especially since Black Friday was coming up. The price on my purchase went down another $50.00. I called Best Buy and was given the $50.00 credit to my credit card. No problem.

Same Amazon benefits for a third of the price! I’m always hesitant about these types of memberships, but this one pays for itself after the first purchase and was a no brainer. My only regret is I wish I would have gotten it sooner.

So far this membership has been well worth the expense. With the credits I received from my purchase of an item and the membership I was able to get a considerable discount on another item.

This saved me a decent amount of money when i added it in buying my pc purchase. I got a credit about a week later that paid for a new keyboard for my new computer. The gentleman i dealt with at the store when getting this was great.

Having this membership is good if you buy a lot from Best Buy, but my spending habits have shifted, and it's not making as much sense to keep my membership anymore.

I recently purchased a new LG OLED TV from Best Buy. The salesman was excellent. However, I don't feel that I was given enough infomation about the warranty or how to obtain help with questions about the TV set up or adjustments.

We spoke with employee names Glenn and he was by far the best employee we've ever felt with!!!! 10/10 recommend asking for Glenn. We used him in the laptop area but he also works at Geek Squad.

benefits are good. I had the membership before, so I renewed it again. Used it often and I think its worth it, plus it was discounted. which made my decision easier.

thought this would be a waste but actually has come into play with some purchases quite nicely.

I’m on the basic plan, and it gives me some advantages, like being able to return products I don’t really like within three months. I’m thinking about upgrading to the Premium plan. Best Buy has people who actually listen and try to help.

The TV is very good. IT has a bright, clear picture with no distortion.

The service I received was excellent for a change. Sale representive was knowledgeable like OLD days. Now you have people working area don't know anything about section they working. I think you put them in Geek squad to save money
