This membership gives me more flexible with my purchase. I think it worth the price.

I purchased this membership along with a headphones brand new. I had to return the headphones was not the right product when I returned it they never returned my membership that I purchased with it. I went to Best Buy another day and asked somebody else at work there. It looked like a supervisor and he gave me a man’s card business card for Best Buy employee to call. I think he was not very helpful. He seemed very stressed and did not explain why I needed a call this guy and he could not issue me a refund at that moment very disappointed in Best Buy service.

Lower prices are always good. Only 4 stars because not thrilled about automatic renewal.

I think it is worth is if you buy expensive items and have extra time to return it to the store if it's not what you wanted or if it breaks prematurely.

The price of the product went down after purchase and with best buy plus I was able to price match and get money back

A good deal to get some savings from Best Buy especially when purchasing electronics.

I was unlucky enough to get a bad computer when I bought my new one. On the other hand, I was lucky enough to have bought it from Best Buy. They exchanged it the next day. No questions ask. Lucky for me!!

The membership is decent because it’s $50 a year and you get 60 day returns. Good value then buying a product, disliking it, then forgetting to return it until 3 weeks later and have a product that costs $700 that you don’t want and can’t return. Membership is a real help here.

The Best Buy sales person sold my wife an otter case for her new Apple 17 phone. She bought it and then found out it wouldn’t fit her phone. The sales Person sold the wrong size for the wrong phone. It cost my wife over an hour more between driving and taking it back to your customer service desk.
