Best Buy services from sales to post sales services are excellent. I called them multiple times to reschedule my installation appointment which they did wothout any hassle. A post sale device what matter for me and for anyone I believe. The membership is worth for sure. No doubt on it. So I would recommend Bestbuy 100% to all my near and dear over any other store.

I really love the free shipping provided with the membership. It makes me want to purchase more from best buy than other retailers. I like the offers from the app as well!

I recently returned a laptop that I wasn't sure was the right computer for my coding classes so I finally made a decision to return it and purchase another brand. I love the extended return policy timeframe. It gave me adequate time to evaluate my purchase and not feel rushed to make a hasty decision regarding the laptop I purchased.

Membership paid for itself within weeks, I got more than the membership fee back with price matching.

60 day return policy is the main reason I got it, there is some exclusive deals that could make it worth while. Best buy is top tier when it comes to customer service and goods.

One of the best (no pun intended) memberships around. Great selection of products from home appliances, tvs, computers and electronics gear. Membership perks are available.

The process was smooth honest and transparent No gimmicks or anything Associates were pleasant and knowledgeable

I did not make enough purchases to save money, so to me it was a loss because the membership cost me more than I have saved in the 7 months that I have had it. You have to shop at Best Buy often plus like the specific deals. The savings were always on items I didnt care to purchase.
