Honestly has been alot more useful than i thought it would be!

Very good experience and the workers really patient and kind with me... i really appreciate it i get my samsung watch and i still have since 3 years ago.

Purchased this because it helped reduce the cost of delivery and installation of a product. NIce that it provides an extra 30 days for the return window, but not likely to renew as I don't see much use in it unless purchasing an appliance at that time.

We earned certificates to purchase other items in store and received credit for price reduction.

It's a great way to save money on items your going to buy and look forward to getting Best Buy cash back to purchase future items.

I had a great conversation on the phone about a possible fraudulent charge. I'm sorry I don't recall the representative's name. She was very helpful and made good recommendations about use of credit cards and checking accounts for fraud. She was an excellent representative of Best Buy.

The membership pays for itself day one. Provides extra layers for returns n gifts etc. The value is amazing for perks n redeeming rewards n price match

I would buy the membership if you plan on coming back to bestbuy or you shop here frequently otherwise there really isn't a point to getting a membership other than getting stuff for a slightly cheaper price in the future.

The price of the membership more than pays for itself every year if you frequent BestBuy. I also like how it gives me 60 days to return products instead of the standard 14 days.

Communication was good, the refrigerator arrived on time, they unloaded it, set it up, and removed the old refrig in no time. It was a great experience with very well-trained and experienced workers. This was our first purchase since becoming members but it well worth it.

Delivery was on time and we were noticed before their arrival. The people were polite and we asked them to move the item a bit to keep it safe from the dings knocking it over. They were nice about stepping back into the house to move it off to the side.

This membership is a real value. I get to know about member only sales and savings! I love the feature that lets you know what will be dropping in the days ahead, so you don't have to worry about missing that special item you have been waiting to go on sale! I don't know why more people don't take advantage of Best Buy Plus Membership...they are missing out!
