I was told that after a couple weeks I would see a rebate or such on my Best Buy credit account of the $50 it cost to enroll. Nope, hasn't happened. I should have known better. Plus, the computer i bought will be going on sale and I can come in and get refunded that difference in price. We'll see. I give Best Buy 3 more weeks. Next time I will very seriously look to buy online, direct, or from Amazon. Best Buy needs to change thr reputation and this doesn't help.

So far I’ve almost made back what I spent. I was able to get a Black Friday price on something I purchased before hand.

Excellent I didn’t make a mistake to buy what I want IPad Pro 13. They program was perfect to my budget and it was easy paying my monthly also the product was excellent.

This membership offers more for the buck. I have piece of mind knowing I can visit the Geek Squad with issues about my device. Highly recommended.

The problem is, I haven’t received the physical yellow card in the mail. I couldn’t find a digital version of the yellow card on the Best Buy app either. My profile on the app only shows a small membership number. I am glad the cashier was able to locate it successfully.

So far I can’t usefully this membership I can’t find the real value.

I like Best Buy and it is worth the price to have a membership. They are aways helpful to fix things and answer questions that I need!

The Citibank does not have good rating with me. They charged me $2.00 late/service charges. I tried paying the bill and paid what the store said I owed but Citibank added charges. If I would use my card I would pay it off. After I paid my bill I received a rewards of $5.00

This membership is a great value. Additional discounts from this membership have exceeded the cost of the membership. I also got notice about a discount on an item that I was going to purchase in several months, but the discount was too good to pass up.

The membership is great! The store On Shelbyville Road sucks! Recently bought two faulty party boxes and had to pay for restocking fees. Was going to buy washers and dryers and refrigerators, but after scamming me out of $40 and then had to pay another $40 in late fees no thanks.
