I have found this membership to be well worth the cost based on discounts and the personal attention from Best Buy associates that comes with being a member.

I mainly bought the membership to try and save money on some better quality products. However, there was never a time where the prices were good enough or I felt that deal was good enough to make the membership worth it unless I was a business or wanted to stick with Best Buy and use the geek squad. The one item I used the membership to save money on I ended up having to return because it was broken and there were no other items similar in stock and the store never got a replacement for weeks after so for me the membership was unfortunatly worthless and a waist of my time and money as i ended up having to buy another product online from another business.

We continue to choose Best Buy as our source for technology over all other vendors. The ability to deliver as promised on all of our orders has been of great value to a large non-profit who needs to pivot quickly. If the delivery time is same day, the delivery arrives the same day. I cannot say that for other providers.

I stopped buying from Best Buy because of their short return policy. I bought everything from Best Buy decades ago when they had a 30 day return policy. I feel like I'm buying from Crutchfield but it a charge, but it's worth it. Selection and convenience.

I did enough shopping the past year where I got back the annual fee plus more in savings not to mention I'm very happy with the products I bought and saved on.

Best Buy never disappoints. We have always gotten excellent service, whether buying TVs or major appliances. I always recommend Best Buy to family and friends.

The value of membership is getting preferential treatment and better pricing on our purchases. We get the Geek Squad too. Having someone to talk to about our membership gives us peace of mind.

I buy all my electronics from best buy and have saved quite a bit of money. The Best Buy associate always let me know what my savings will be so I don't even have to think of it. Plan to use it again on a Panasonic Blu Ray player and save clise to $100 bucks.

Oscar and his partner where off the charts good and saved me money .. I’ll always shop at BBY
