Look into their price match policy! It’s kinda hidden which makes sense. I bought a new laptop, it usually goes on sale every few months but I needed one to replace my old one that broke ASAP. The two sales guys were very good at their job trying to upsell the memberships and at the last minute mentioned that the return period gets extended to two months with the membership and if the laptop goes on sale during the return period you can price match. A month later the laptop went on sale and I got $450 refunded for price match. Definitely worth the $25 membership!

Many services today dont even offer 30 day return windows let alone 60. You no longer need to sit and worry about a return deadline when testing to make sure something works for your setup and is to the quality the marketing led you to believe. Was in yesterday for my computer to get a new hard drive that was suggested last week when I had it diagnosed. I was told at the time it would be $80. The person at the counter cancelled my plus membership without asking and said I had to sign up for Best Buy total plan for $179 unless I wanted to pay $350 for the hard drive. Uh,no, seems like blackmail and not ethical! I was pretty angry about the plan being cancelled without my permission. At this point the woman who did the diagnosis last week came in and took over. A much better experience, she went out of her way to work with me on the transaction and was much more pleasant. Still not happy at being blindsided when I expected to pay $80 and having to pay well over $200 to get the hard drive

This program has given me so much peace of mind because it gave me the opportunity to try the computer for sixty days to see if I like it as many track pads are difficult to use. I have referred many friends.

The delivery was very good the product was ok. The TV occasionally blacks out for a couple of seconds which is annoying especially when it does so at critical points. In addition, it comes from the factory with a backlighting (brightness) level set at its highest which can affect the life of certain component parts, and I do not know how to change it. Other than that, it's good value.

I don’t like the fact you have to purchase a membership just to return items past 14 days but it does come in handy past the 14days for all items for a whole year

The laptop was heavy and was getting too hot and I wanted to replace it with a lighter one and one that doesn’t get hot.
