The membership has been a convenience for my purchases. From the longer return window to the exclusive member deals, the membership has made my customer experience more pleasant.

I liked so much the cost of benefit of being a membership because I receive the promotions first before releasing to the other consumers of Best Buy and the promotion! And when I see how much I've bought before and I could have saved! But now I don't have this problem when I want something, the first site I consult is best buy and my membership

Gives you the best deals and price matches at any point.

I don't like adding more memberships since I already have way too many but the discounted prices and overall value for this makes it well worth it for me since I already like to so at Best Buy.

BestBuy has good customer service for it's members. I love the longer return window and the peace of mind that I can thoroughly check my product and still be able to return it. The membership exclusive prices are also something that make it worth it. If you buy from BestBuy a lot definitely worth considering.

I got the membership in order to get a discount on a new Macbook Pro. I also appreciate the extended return period. What's disappointing is that there appears to be very few other discounts available with the membership. I would be inclined to make more purchases is so. Otherwise the 60 day return window is a plus.

It was nice to know I had extra time with my new Nikon p950 to determine if it was right for me. It gave me 30 days with the camera instead of 14 days.

Good savings on one project but needs to apply to all. Purchasas, especially the if the additional work was not diagnosed in the beginning on the same installation.

This membership is worth it ! It’s my first time with any store membership and Best Buy is the one to go for ! It’s is very easy to apply and very quick !

Very supportive staff who has clear knowledge on the products they sell.The membership is extremely useful on exclusive deals. There are reviews about Best Buy not being supportive, being a customer for over 10 years since I moved to the US, I have never had any issues and best customer service every single time.

I really liked the extend return window/price match period. My only real issue is seeing increased frequency for exclusive discounts and exclusive drops.

I paid for the service but have yet to understand what I paid for. No one has contacted me from Best Buy to explain what I recieved.

This membership has more than paid for itself. If you buy anything from Best Buy, you’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t have this membership.

I was misled on my purchase. I was told I would receive 2 tb of cloud storage with my computer purchase. I received the cloud storage on Microsoft storage, not Apple cloud storage. Very deceiving tactic.
