I bought The Frame TV from Best Buy. It arrived cracked. BB sent a new one (in great condition) and came and picked up the damaged one.

Why buy this - so I can return a defective item beyond the standard return policy. BB should give ever customer the enhance return policy and stand behind the product they sell. You have to buy a lot of items from BB for this to be of any value.

It's alright I purchased laptop that gives me $50 off when I get $50 membership. So no brainer. Purchase this membership when you need it. Be careful not to forget to end membership if you don't need

Love the cheaper tiers that give me the options I wanted from it. The $50 a year is great for the deals that happen all year long. I had the highest one, but didn’t really use the geek squad package. Ideal to get this when you’re moving into a new place and buying new appliances.
