I've really enjoyed being a member with Best Buy. The reward system is fair, and Best Buy does a great job at communicating with their members.

I Always enjoy stopping by to shop at Best Buy! Excellent assortment of items at very reasonable prices! I have been telling my Ifriend(s) and neighbors about BEST BUY PLUS! Some of them were not aware of BEST buy Plus. The bottom line is I am very pleased that I am signed up for BEST BUY PLUS! Quality products at reasonable prices!

Consider what this membership offers before buying.

This is a no brainer. You’re going to shop at Best Buy to get your products anyways. Why not get unlimited Geek squad support and an automatic protection plan on all your purchases? We’ve been seeing nonstop value come out of this membership and recommend anyone and everyone to experience the value while you shop and become a member.

I think of Best Buy as a technology company. However, their ability to communicate with customers when installing their products is poor. This is especially true when they use subcontractors. I’ve waited two days to have my TV properly installed and on both occasions No one showed, and there was no communication. If I buy a mattress or a piece of furniture from other companies,I am over communicated with. To work through the Best Buy customer service support function is an exercise in aggravation, and sometimes futility. I buy most of my electronics through Best Buy and being a member so far has yielded little benefit.

I was purchasing a microwave and dryer and the salesman suggested getting the membership card for added discounts.

My Best Buy Plus™ membership is the best decision I have recently made. They fixed all my concerns and devices promptly and the sales staff is very courteous. Why buy anywhere else when you can buy with the "BEST". The name fits "Best Buy, is the Best buy".

I am not very tech savvy. I have purchased quality products and i haven't really had time or money to purchase more. It would be a good value i imagine if i could take full advantage of the membership

The membership is great! I really enjoy the extra time available for returns. Great for a small business owner.

Save a lot of money on items useful if you shop here a lot

My Best Buy plus save me over 200 $ on the first mont.

This program gives me piece of mind that I can use my purchased product and have the time to thoroughly use the item to determine if it is right for me and not having to worry about such a short return window.

I find that the benefits have been rather less than I expected, I purchased this membership when I was trying to buy a camera, which Best Buy completely screwed up the delivery and I was unable to use it in Jamaica for my trip. I had to go to Amazon and procure the camera in time. By the way, I even attempted to buy a second camera from Best Buy with certain delivery requirements which initially Best Buy suggested you could deliver on by a certain date and of course, you all messed that one up as well. So I have returned both cameras and , wish now that I hadn’t spent the money for this membership. I’m truly sorry because there are times that I truly enjoy Best Buy, but at this moment, I really am unhappy with you and can only repeat how Best Buy screwed up to camera purchases in a two week. Period and you were unable to deliver either anywhere close to what you had committed to on the original purchase. I don’t feel special by Best Buy and maybe that’s not your goal anymore. I hope things improve overtime, but for now I will look elsewhere for purchases only because you caused an enormous amount of stress for my wife Over this camera purchase. I won’t go into the details on this, but I certainly gave your manager in Buford Georgia and earful. I was professional. I was nice, but he even admitted that Best Buy delivery dates cannot be trusted. I’m happy to talk to anyone if you care to reach out and find out the details.

We found the BB Membership to be of considerable value, especially in the purchasing of furnishing our new home with multiple TV's, entertainment centers and other items to increase our enjoyment of a new home. Just knowing that Best Buy stands behind all of our purchases from them gives us a sense of security and appreciation because of their reputation for customer satisfaction.

I always buy any appliance from Best Buy. Best Buy plus membership is beneficial because it gives one year warranty and free installation as well as haul away.

My computer fan stopped working 2 months after purchasing. Couldn’t get anyone at Best Buy to talk on the phone to answer if it was a HP or Best Buy warranty issue. Gave up after 3 days and sent it to HP and got it back about a month later. Not worth it.
