This has been one of my greatest investments, not only is the staff qualified and able to fix any issues that I may have but they do it with a smile!

This membership offers discounts, rewards and other perks I can actually use. In addition the team members are top tier and facilitated all requests.

I really like the savings and extra bonus rewards, the only issue I’ve had is I have not seen anything about the points I should have earned from my washer and dryer purchase.

This membership makes it easy to get your money back on items which go on sale subsequent to purchasing.

I really liked having the freedom not to have to worry about all my electronics. I found it to be of Great value as we had to return something and they didn't have another so I got one of similar value and enjoyed it so much I purchased another.

The guy who worked with me on the phone had some true patience because their system kept crashing that particular day. But he kept his cool as did I, I wish I would’ve written his name down but y’all can find out who he is and give that man a raise!

The best thing about the Best Buy Plus it's for a whole year

I am not sure what the benefits of this membership is. May have missed some document explaining it. All I know is we are being inundated by Best Buy emails.

It's strange in that late stage capitalism way to have to pay extra for a supportive relationship between you and the corporation you're purchasing goods and services from, but here we are. I've had good experiences with the associates in my local stores – I just wish that supporting what you sold didn't come with a price tag.

What an amazing value. Ordered an appliance and a few days later the price was reduced and they were able to do a price match. Having priority access to sales is extremely helpful. Also special pricing also helps me to save money. I would consider the Total Membership which includes 2 years coverage of purchases but i always purchase the 3 or 5 year Geek Squad Protection.

This membership is one of the best in the US, the best thing i like about the membership is the return policy. Keep it up best buy you guys are really the best.

I wasn't planning to purchase the membership, but I got a great deal on an EV charger that covered the cost of the membership for the year. I haven't bought anything else, but I'm looking forward to seeing what I can use it on during the holiday season.
