So far my experience has far exceeded my expectations. The assistance from the geek squad has been AMAZING and managing my purchases have been so easy. Wow. Well done, Best Buy! I never thought I would be one of those people who would say, "Get the Membership!" But if you're investing in electronics, you absolutely should.

This membership is real value. Member prices plus unlimited Geek squad Support is Great. Also love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchase!!

All is excellent. The only thing that could improve is the handling of the items being ordered. The carrier needs to be more aware of the items being shipped. Some of the items are expensive and more consideration should be taken during shipping.

This membership is well worth it. The rewards offers, extended return window, and member pricing make the membership pay for itself very quickly.

The membership was required to get $50 off the price of TV that I could have gotten 2 weeks later at same price without membership, I can see where it would come in handy for returns later than 2 weeks though!!

The membership is real value. In addition to the protection plans, I also have 90days to return items with no questions asked. Best Buy offers the best of all buys.

I challenged the team with an old computer still trying to do new things. They were able to reclaim lost hard drive space and resolve issues with optical drives that had been acting wonky. This was not an easy task, and they worked very hard to get me back in service. Their dedication to making sure everything was right is very much appreciated.

This membership was the best! When buying my new laptop best buy and their staff made it so easy for me. They carefully explained everything and the price of everything I was going to be paying. 10/10 would recommend anyone to have the membership!!! It saves you money in the long run as well!!!!!

Seems like a decent buy on a $400+ purchase. Time will tell.....

I purchased an iPad at Christmas with some points I had earned from purchasing a refrigerator, clothes dryer, and a HP 2 in 1 workstation. When the price of the iPad dropped by $100 I went into the store for the price match. They couldn’t get me all of the points back from the price match and said I would have to call customer service, which I did. Customer service said I would get my points added back and receive an email informing if that fact. That was probably 8 weeks ago and nothing has come back to me.

Everyone was very helpful and responsive when I had questions! This membership came in handy when setting up my new PC.

So helpful we completed a move and had to replace and set up new electronics.

Membership saved us a lot of money last year. The geek squad was there to answer questions and give us peace of mind. Best store for electronics.

I like the 60 day return on electronics with the qualitiy of todays electronics it needed. It should be standard without having to pay for that piece of mind
