So I went to purchase a dishwasher, original salesmen didn’t mention the membership, even though I have a BB cc. Had to go to another model as they didn’t have the one I wanted and cost more. The manager came to help and w membership cost same

Big miss on not providing early access to more sales or product releases. The member sales aren’t standard; they start randomly throughout the week and end just as randomly. This means you have to catch it on sale rather than checking weekly.

Best Buy is a place where I will do all my shopping for my home, the prices and service are unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable in their business.

I purchased the 'middle' membership, and it gave me the time to upgrade the TV I purchased. A week later it went on sale and I was able to 'redeem' and 'repurchase' for the sale price. Great staff!

It saved some money to me. I will see if i will get a good return of investment in the future.

The benefits are absolutely worth it, especially if you're someone who regularly buys electronics or needs tech support. Plus, there are exclusive discounts on a lot of products. I’d highly recommend getting the Best Buy membership.

earbuds are good especially the multi touch controls only the problem ear sensors are sensitive need properly inserted in your ear for connections and app software unstable, hope next software upgrade would fix it

worth the cost if you are buying anything of real value like a computer or other electronic item or appliance. Will pay for itself on the first use and then you have it for the next 12 months.

Love using the membership for so many reasons. Mainly for the extended return policy. And for being able to bring in my receipts when my items go on sale and get money back.

Hit or miss on deals if they pertain to you and are often high value items, its not expensive but can add value. Most dissappinting is the in demand products debacle. It didnt help me get a in demand graphics card or switch 2...

Great benefits with bonus certificate for every day use of products. Gather with friends or families at restaurants, gasoline (especially, when owning a moving vehicle), and products that get be of great user, if and when any atr needed.

Membership is worth it for sure. I love the return policy and the extra perks/deals I get as a member.

I wish i didn't own so much stuff cause i would have more use for the discounts. I use to buy all the newest tech but it advances so fast now so I don't purchase as much as I use to. I like the 0 interest on my card but I would still like to get gift rewards. Send me Best Buy shirt or hat or something. Send me some swag Best Buy.
