question if it is worth 50.00 per year. Have only used once, bought washer and dryer. A little off each with purchase. Still needed to pay for delivery and installation. Looking at a new gas range and for delivery and installation it's 270.00 more plus 60 to remove the old one, I can see a small fee for installing, but delivery should be free. The delivery and installation on the range is just about half of the cost of the range. Range on sale for 750.00.

To begin with the membership is a real bargain compared to the fees charged by other computer-repair shops in the area. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and the level of professionalism of the whole Geek Squad from the initial drop off to the final pick-up of my transferred files from my desktop that's resting in peace. Great job!

A very good investment if you purchase expensive items. Was given 60 days to return replace price match… ended up needing kore storage and was able to get a new MacBook with no issue.

The members deal is actually pretty nice. I have benny buddha snatched.Some really good deals by having this membership. I also get a peace of mind that I get extra days to return something in case it does not work for me.

Good membership if you buy things frequently. Saves tune and money.

I chose to join the Best Buy Plus Membership when I purchased the alarm/remote start for my 2019 Camaro. I like to notifications regarding specials and upcoming price drops. This really gives me an opportunity to get a jump on purchases at a great price. I'm very satisfied with the membership.

I was supposed to be notified for price drop for an Apple Watch that I purchased. Salesman said these things go on sale all the time and stated that he was signing me up for the membership so I would be notified by text or in the app about the price drop and would receive the difference plus a refund for the Best Buy Plus membership. Sounded great and simple enough. Weeks went by. Nothing. I discovered the price drop myself looking at the Best Buy website. Thankfully, it was still within the time frame and it was honored at the store but I had to go into the store for my refund rather than just clicking a link that would be sent which is what I was originally told.

I always enjoy the product i purchase from Best Buy. Im always recommend thos store to my friend's and family and encourage them to shop there all the time. I just enjoy this store for all of my electronic things.

App is really user friendly and best part is easy to manage credit card as well.

Special treatment on returns was an absolute must with my busy schedule and quantity of items I buy from Best Buy. Makes keeping the money in house a lot better than becoming upset and shopping anywhere else. Thanks so much!
