The membership that i got has some nice features i do like it

First off, the girl who “sold” me this membership never told me it was a membership. I was buying a PC and she tells me she can get me 60 days of being able to return the pc if I don’t like it. Never said it was a paid ANYTHING. I didn’t notice or was informed it would cost me money until I went to check out and noticed a $50 charge for Best Buy plus. Instead of tricking people into buying it, maybe just be forward about it? I kept it only to have the 60 day return period but it would have been nice to be told from the start that it was not free it was a paid membership.

This membership offers extraordinary benefits, especially important if a major item goes on sale within 90 days of the purchase!

Do not really like the side by side. It was my first time of having it and its horrible. The space in the refrigerator as well as the freeze section. You can not even put a large size pizza box in either one.

I love my membership and thankful that I’m able to return when needed

I was hesitant to purchase the membership but I have received store credit for more than the price of the membership. So if you plan on buying items at Best Buy in the future, I recommend the membership.

I like how the membership offers may deals constantly

We bought a 85" Samsung Frame TV and the service was outstanding. The two installers sent out with the TV were the best. They went over and above to install our TV and really knew what they were doing. They were oustanding!

I signed up right away when this came out, and it quickly paid for itself, but then all the offers ended so I haven't used it in months. I thought the 15% off Nintendo points would be permanent. Now all the deals are for large appliances and TVs, which I already have. I was hoping for more Nintendo benefits, because that's what I want to buy regularly. Also the benefits only applied online. I want to walk into a Best Buy store and use my membership to buy Switch points at a discount any time.

Is not too heavy and good quality. I recommend for the price.

Came in today to get an appointment with Geek Squad to try to straighten out my wife's Kindle which jumps around from page to page uncontrollably. And to buy a new printer. Great deal on the HP tank printer. Hope to get it set up and use this weekend. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

saves more than the cost of the membership in a few weeks. Also liked the 60-day price adjustment. However, the phone representative was hard to understand and told them they weren't eligible for a refund.
