I most most difficult time returning an item I purchased

Joined just to get the discount on a large (refrigerator) purchase. Subsequently, had to repair a laptop I purchased at BestBuy. I had a $50 credit, which I used to reduce the cost of the repair. Disappointed to see that the credit was not applied to the repair--probably my bad for not pressing the tech when he rang it up.

Best Buy is a Store I like to shop, you feel most welcome the moment you enter th Store. The Associates a extremely helpful and demonstrate excellent customer service that leaves a lasting impression. The Store is always well organized ,stocked with quality products with reasonable pricing. Best Buy will always be the Store of my choice.

I purchased 2 power outlet converters for a trip to Europe. When I arrived in Europe neither of them worked. By the time we returned home the 14 return period had expired , however, since I have the My Best Buy Membership it automatically extended the return period to 60 days so there was no issue with returning the defective products.

I made a purchase and two weeks later the item went on sale. I was able to recoup $170.00.

1. Headphone display to listen to the Bose Wuiet Comfort Ultras hasn't worked for well over a month. 2. I have had a dispute about recreating my Bestbuy Credit card for a returned Samsung 77" S90F TV in conjunction with an upgraded Samsung 77" S95F TV returned on 18 Feb by two Geek Squad installers for going on since Feb 18th '26 !!!!! 3. Need to include Senheiser and Bowers & Wilkens high valued headphones in store.

I recently purchased the Best Buy Plus Membership, when I purchased a 77' LG OLED TV, and overall, the benefits it offers are pretty exciting. The free shipping, exclusive offers, and extended return window make it a great value for my family, as we are frequent Best Buy shoppers. However, I ran into some confusion when a purchase I made dropped in price just 24 hours after I left the store. One of the main benefits of the membership is the 60-day price guarantee. When I called Best Buy support, the representative wasn’t fully familiar with the membership details, which made the experience frustrating and time-consuming. I found myself having to explain the program to them—which really shouldn’t be the case. This experience led me to do some online research, and I ended up finding the same product at a much lower price elsewhere (Labor Day Sale)—ultimately saving over $500 from my original purchase. I tried to discuss the situation with the store manager, who was very polite but unwilling to match the price. I strongly recommend that Best Buy invest in better training for their support team so they can confidently assist members and help them take full advantage of the program’s perks. The membership itself is an excellent idea—it just needs stronger support behind it. This time, Best Buy didn’t get my purchase, but I’ll still consider them for future purchases as their in store staff is second to none.
