Membership is a great value and gives you options when buying. Definitely a helpful thing to have amd helps cover you as a consumer as well.

Your staff person took a lot of time helping us which meant a lot to us because were getting older and have problems understandings.

I purchased the membership because I was told it included a price guarantee for 90 days. Later, when I went back to the store to receive a $100.00 credit, I was told the guarantee had expired. I'm very disappointed!!!!!!!

This membership so far has proved to be a real deal. I have had two devices serviced already. One was a cleanup and reset; the other was a new purchase set up. I need to have another device looked at and possibly my recent purchase of a new 2024 iPad Air setup.

My membership is working out better than expected. I have now used it 3 times to my advantage.

Dont know anything about a membership. Am I a member? I purchased refrigerator, microwave, oven, two gas tops. Everything is working well. But your installers never came so I got back the money for the instillation. Your worker Dylan at the North 98 Lakeland Store is wonderful.

So far my membership allowed me to price match my desktop computer that went on sale nearly a month after purchase getting me nearly $400 back in savings! All done from my phone. Love it!

My favorite part is the extended return period, which allows me to make sure I’m satisfied with any major purchases I make, instead of getting stuck with a device I don’t like.

Excellent. I was a little skeptical when they said they would give you the lower price if it went on sale within 60 days. They refunded the difference to us with 5 days of me asking for the benefit.

Walked in with my daughter to get her a laptop for college. The person helped us pick out our MacBook Air, checked to make sure it was in stock then suggested the office add on and the plus membership. I now have $50 credit to spend and thrilled about that.

Great. Saves money but ended up having to pay for more installation when they arrived which was annoying but I saved on the purchase itself.

I'm not sure why Best Buy osnt oishinf this harder and marketing it everywhere... Its great, the deals are actually cheaper than competitors, not just inflated price that look like deals. The extended price match oeriod is actually as simple as they said, no hoops to jump through, just gave me a credit on the spot. Great program.

This membership is of great value with best deals in town. Added support from Greek, making it more attractive.
