Always been happy with any service we've received from Best Buy. Our experience this time was no exception and everything worked out in a timely manner and completed as planned. The Geek Squad third party services were excelent and couldn't have set it up better. Everyone did their job and was very courtious and clean. Made sure we were happy with and agreed to what was done or said. Very happy with our new built in 27" KitchenAid overn with convection and Air Fry. Never had Air Fry before do to space so this will be great once I learn the in and outs.

This is my first and only credit card and I'm so glad I got it.

Our delivery guys were great conner was informative and kept us updated to the minute of their arrival. And although there was a moment of misinformation given by the sales person they proceeded to take care of us like pros and were very polite. Also took all the packing materials with them. As far as the membership goes it was a no brainer to pay 60.00 to not have to pay 150.00 delivery fee. Sobwe will see if there is any other benefits to being a member.......

I Bought fryer a month ago and I used the $50 certificate and I returned the same day like after 9 minutes, the customer service told me the $50 certificate will return to my account in 15 days and that cheated with the customer service said on 25th will return to the account but didn’t. Called back the customer service and asked me why you returned it and told her was not the right fryer my wife wanted and told her you should asked me the reason after that she said you can’t get $50 certificate because it’s one time use. Why she didn’t say that the first time only when I asked her you should asked me the reason for returning the fryer. They two customer service did not tell me that?

My Best Buy Plus for me is a good value; I really appreciate the free 2 day shipping as it's a huge time saver not having to locate an item in the store, wait in line to check out, etc, and is especially useful as we get closer to Christmas when I tend to buy more items from Best Buy. It's also a nice insurance plan, having the 60 day extended return window, although I haven't had to use it. As far as the exclusive, early access to new products, I haven't used that yet, but again as we approach Christmas, that may turn out to be a huge benefit, especially if there's a huge "it" gift that is otherwise hard to come by. For less than $5 per month, it's a great value.

I love the membership; I use it whenever I need to make a purchase I can trust. The price is excellent, the support is unlimited, and I also love the security they offer—it instills confidence in me with every purchase I make. Furthermore, they offer a wide variety of products.

Every time I shop at Best Buy, I end up very satisfied. The store offers a great variety of products, and everything arrives exactly as described. The checkout process is fast, secure, and easy to follow. Plus, customer service has always been very helpful whenever I needed assistance. Orders arrive well-packaged, without damage, and within the expected time frame. I will definitely continue shopping here; it’s a reliable store with high-quality products.

At first I thought this was kinda just another subscription to just have, being 50$/y is not that much money so I figured it would only save me about that, but i decided to give it a try. I do not regret it, within the first two months ive allready saved the money ive apent for the subscription, and im sure ill be saving more, especially if you end up picking up a best buy credit card, I cannot reccomend this more, even if you dont frequent best buy too often.

I love it was easy to install I’m very satisfied our daughter also recently purchased a new Samsung stove.

The problem I have with this card is they said I was going to save hundreds of dollars by taking the option of paying the card off or 1 year no interest. So I chose to pay it off. And I didn't save 1 dollar. I will not pay 30 percent in interest. So I won't be using this card at all. Best buy can do better, stop being greedy, in my opinion

I haven't had a Plus membership for long (not quite a month as I type this), but this thing's already paid for itself in my book (note I got the cheaper plan of the two available, since I don't particularly need the extra perks of the pricier one at this time). From saving 12 or so bucks on a screen protector for a family member's phone to earning a decent little cash reward when I bought a couple videogames I'd already been planning to get, it honestly doesn't take much to get your money's worth with this plan (so long as you happen to shop here from time to time, of course). Bit of a drag I can't keep my aforementioned "cash reward" for long before it expires, though I already had plans on how to utilize it before its expiration, so your milage may vary on earned rewards like that. If you're on the fence on whether to give this plan a try for yourself, take a look at various, random things you may have your eye on. Doesn't matter if it's a new TV or perhaps a videogame for the ol' Xbox, there's plenty of odd things members get deals on. If a handful of things you want are notably cheaper with a Plus plan, go for it- you can even find batteries or computer cables marked-down a decent amount with this (there really is no shortage of stuff to save on). All in all, if you're ok doing a little additional research on items you want or need (to check if, say, that PlayStation game you want or a particular PC mouse might be on sale), a membership is an easy recommendation for those who shop at Best Buy even at least a few times a year.

Best Buy did a good job highlighting the benefits of the My Best Buy Plus membership when I was in the store a few years back. I’m not typically one to join a membership with an annual fee, however the value provided is actually there and not overstated. I tend to use Best Buy for Christmas, birthdays, and my wife’s home office. Combined, I’ve been able to use a number of different deals for each occasion and have saved a good bit since I started the membership a few years back. The exclusive member deals are actually pretty good (with a good variety) and make it feel like you get a premium discount compared to non members. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and wasn’t hesitant to renew after the first year. I’d recommend for anyone who uses Best Buy 3+ times per year.

Lowered the cost for me to buy a new router and waiting until a new discount is available on a new laptop, getting the membership will pay for half of the cost with the discounts.

If you’re like me and you have an unofficial rule of anything over $100 gets a warranty, especially when it comes to electronics and hard this pays for itself you get a two-year warranty on every purchase there’s not a limit to how many purchases so therefore, if you get Lasse a pair of AirPods on sale for 219, you buy them open box so now they’re 200 even you just got yourself a brand new pair of AirPods with AppleCare for $200. You just saved $30 right there.
