The price match part of this plan doesn’t make sense as Best Buy doesn’t monitor this. It is apparently just up to the customer to scour ads to see if your particular one was ever lower and then you have to go and contact them or go to the store to try to get a price match within the 60 day window so it’s definitely not the way it was explained to me in the store when I purchased this. Best Buy computer system could easily identify this and notify you to take action however they do not since they already got your money.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to have this membership. 2 months on returns and if something you bought gets cheaper within the time period you can get the difference put back on your card. Plus you get members savings.

The free two day shipping is great especially with as timely things need to be received at Christmas, birthdays and other holidays. Cords and accessory's needed to set up Audio, Video and anything Home is available online even if it's not in the store. Best Buy truly is a Best Buy

If and when I need a product from Best Buy, I should use the Best Buy Plus to lower my purchase.

Im usually not a fan of memberships, but this has already saved me a ton of money. Being able to go back 6 month for price matching is absolutely crazy. I upgrated my CPU a few months ago and was able to price match it 4 months later. I recived over $150 back. Definitely worth it!

We probably will never use this, but it was important at the time to sign up

The guy at the electronics department was great. His many years with Bestbuy has filled him with so much helpful knowledge. He went above and beyond to help me buy my tv, once Bestbuy increases my spending limit I will be going back for the surround sound.

Glad I purchased asit saved me money on my refrigerator purchase and I get member pricing on all future purchases.

If frequently make purchases this is wonderful program. If you’re a person who doesn’t make a lot of purchases this really doesn’t really help much.

It’s strange that as soon as they came up with this membership, best buy started dropping the ball with every in store-pickup I’ve made. I’ve trusted best buy as my most reliable retailer, and now they have delayed 3 of my orders in the past 2 months, one of them by an entire week, and pre-order bonuses for games seem non-existent! get it together best buy, why are you dropping the ball now that I’m paying for the service that was already perfect??
