Membership is a true value in getting members discount and price matching if drops in price within 60 days which I used it. Tech assistance is greatly appreciated it.

Not sure of the membership is worthy. If you are making a purchase and the membership is to your advantage do it. However keeping up the membership may not be advantageous.

I really like having the extended time to return items, because it it hard for me to get to the store during the day. Best part however is the member deals.

The membership was very important for my purchase of a used cell phone. I felt more protected and it gave me return privileges in case the phone wasn’t right for me. Flexibility and peace of mind were worth every penny.

Not sure what the benefits are exactly. If your item goes down in price, beware you HAVE to go into the store for adjustment, they cannot do it via phone or chat. So when you go into the store it’s not exactly easy. Price adjustment should be made easy within the promised timeline, period. Also, it doesn’t benefit you for delivery in any way. After scheduling soonest delivery three weeks after purchase date our delivery was canceled 1.5 hours AFTER the delivery window of scheduled day. I was notified via text that I needed to schedule a delivery date. When I called to see what happens I was given a list of excuses only to go back to the store to be told they were short staffed. So the next scheduled date? You get put to the back of the line. That’s right folks, after removing your television and mount you get to wait another three weeks! Ridiculous. Zero benefits.

So far so good. It has already paid for itself once. I usually don't buy these memberships but I gave it a try and it has paid off for me .

I don't have to worry knowing my Fridge is warrantied if any issues surface. A great value
