Love it, easy access. And key board is great for wrist

Having this membership is a game changer for anyone who shops at Bestbuy. The discounts, savings and the overall experience that you have when interacting with the staff.

I haven't seen anything to this point that is a direct benefit. I'll update in the future if it improves based on my experience.

I returned and asked for a second open box replacement but the clerk got me a new one instead. I asked for lens protector the clerk asked would you like us to put it on for you. Not thinking I was going to get charged I said okay. I could have easily done it myself. This is a day before my one month travels.

Lots of room for everything. Greatdrying cycle. Extremely quiet.

One could never go wrong with BestBuy. You can count on them for everything. To put a better perspective - I’m sure others have experienced the same; I got a Bose Sounbar gifted for x-mas from a family member. Apparently, Bose as the manufacturer had a holiday sale and thought it to be the better deal. Unfortunately, the soundbar was defective. Our experience with having the return/exchange process directly with Bose was a nightmare. It took over 2 months to get a new item back. If this had been purchased at BestBuy; 1st - They Price Match, 2nd - Their return/exchange process is superb, 3rd - All employees are experts. Should you have questions or doubts about any electronics, they will help you! - plus they have an excellent warranty membership with perks.

The My Best Buy Plus membership has been completely worth it for me. I recently bought a Lenovo Legion laptop, and the member discounts and extended return window gave me a lot of peace of mind. The faster shipping and extra protection benefits make the whole experience smoother, especially when buying higher-end electronics. If you shop at Best Buy for tech even a couple of times a year, this membership easily pays for itself :)

For the cost, this membership is a good value if you shop electronics or appliances at least once every couple of months or a few times a year. For many items, I often see a "plus" price that is comparable to Amazon/Target/etc, or better, and often on items that aren't on sale at other places. In addition, I see Plus prices on top of sale prices on many items, giving a very nice discount. I buy most of those types of items from Best Buy if they have what I'm looking for when I need it. Just one Plus savings on an item like TV or refrigerator pays for the membership for a year. The customer service from Best Buy couples with the membership and makes shopping at Best Buy worthwhile. Service in-store is usually good, and online service has been excellent. This is speaking from years of experience purchasing online from Best Buy. Deliveries are quick, and any issues are taken care of right away. Returns in-store are smooth and easy. Almost all of my electronics/appliance purchases are done through Best Buy nowadays, from refrigerator to tv to tablet to computer accessories to small appliances, you name it...there's always a decent selection and often a Plus price to sweeten the deal, along with 2-day shipping (which often arrives in one). They carry more categories of things online than you see in-store, so it's worth shopping online with them when looking for items. The sales and events for Plus members are decent, but I find that I normally go looking to buy things when I need them, which may or may not coincide with a sale event. However, I've gotten a deal from the Plus price often enough that I'll renew it again when it comes up.

I like that I can buy something and get a refund if the price goes down and that I have longer to return items.

This has already saved me a lot of money on the products and services I need for school.

The free 2-day shipping is a game changer, especially when I need tech fast. I also love the exclusive member deals. I’ve already saved more than the membership cost on just a couple of purchases. What really stands out is the extended return window. It gives me peace of mind, especially when buying big-ticket items like laptops and TVs. The customer service has also been excellent. They actually prioritize Plus members, and I’ve noticed faster and more helpful responses. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership pays for itself quickly. When I went in the store. I was looking for a controller for my wife computer. When a gentleman asked if I needed any help, I said yes I do , and I told him what I was looking for and he gave me several options. So I bought the one I got. And it works great. I also asked him about a wireless surround system. And again he gave me some options and I told him when I can I will get one soon.

From the jump I saved either $50 off a TV or I got this membership free for a year depending on how you look at it. Having said that it has paid for itself two times over on top of that as well. Seeing as the only difference between this tier and the next is automatic warranty coverage from Best Buy (which I will never get and refuse to do for reasons I will not get into to have to do with the industry in general not specifically Best Buy) the deals are nice the savings are awesome and if you shop at Best Buy for a big ticket item once maybe twice a year and know how to deal shop you can easily make back the cost of the subscription and then some.
