Fast, great graphics, only complaint is battery doesn't last

The service is pretty good if you need it/want it but please don’t get bullied into buying it if you can’t cancel it on your own the processes, a nightmare, and don’t get me started on the fact that if you try to cancel it now right after purchasing it, it will end your membership with no refund and you lose your benefits rather than ending at the end of the year like most other subscriptions just be wary if you are going to be spending your money on this and know what you’re getting yourself into and do not let the employees pressure you into getting it if you do not want it. It’s not necessarily their fault as management is very on them about it, even having scoreboards for who can get the most enrollments overall it isn’t a good product and if you would like it, get it, but don’t be pressured in buying something that you don’t need or want.

This membership saves me a pretty good amount of money in the longrun with how often I buy pc equipment. There's usually good deals in the summer or around November and December.

Great if you intend to purchase other items. I was informed when I purchased this I would receive $100 into the account I used to purchase it. Instead I received $100 in gift certificates and only after I called several times. Deceiving in attempt to get you to purchase this.

For someone who buys tech fairly often it is a no brainer

The membership is the way to go. You get 60 days on the return and unlimited geek squad support. It’s pretty dope if you ask me I also enjoyed the membership discounts.

Such a great investment! Especially if you’re not tech-savvy! Having a peace of mind when using your devices and it malfunctions, you’ll have 24 hr tech support to help! And we can’t forget about the GeekSquad! They’re awesome and always willing to help!!

I've been a yearly member for some time now.. The price is decent the perks and deals are good.

My experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. So I had been on the market looking for a new M3 MacBook Pro. My local store did not have the one I wanted in stock so I drove to the next closest store in Bristol at the Pinnacle shopping plaza. There I found the MacBook I was looking for, but the sales associate (Tyler) is the one who introduced me to the My Best Buy Plus membership as well as the Best Buy credit card. Tyler explained all of the features of both the credit card as well as all the included perks of being a My Best Buy Plus member. I got my first year for free but a couple of my favorite features so far is being able to go in and getting a refunded price difference on a product I purchased within the last 60 days that has been lowered in price. The other amazing feature I love having a discount on certain products or getting so much off of an item just for being a My Best Buy Plus member. I’ve not ordered anything yet to have it shipped but I know I’m gonna love the 2-day shipping and free shipping features as well.

I have been using it to help do some home appliances replacement for items that were over two decades old and broken. I have piece of mind on the return policy which is 60 days instead of 15. At least that was what l was told when purchasing my appliances. Also gave me extra discounts.

Items purchased were perfect. The communication between the store and the delivery company is poor. Luckily the delivery company was able to work with us to make the delivery and install happen.

Membership is a real value! First its a 60 days return policy, second is 60 days to price match wich mean if you saw somewhere lover price or in best buy you can price match it!

Didnt get any specials tho, just some good cards to add to collection.

I love my experience with Best Buy plus being able to get your stuff in a two day span or if anything happens with your PC you can go back and get it fixed for free. The fact that most of the stuff in the store is half off depending on what you buy and there’s literally a geek squad where you can go and take a PC and they could put in the parts for you. It’s amazing.
