Picking up the TV I got was exactly what I was looking for and I’m satisfied with what I got. Would recommend this to anybody else if they wanna make the investment.

I also like that members get exclusive access to special sales and early shopping windows—it feels good to skip the crowd and still get the deals. The extended return window is a nice perk too, especially for tech purchases where I might need a little extra time to test things out. I haven’t used the 24/7 tech support yet, but knowing it’s there gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s worth it if you shop at Best Buy more than a couple times a year, especially for electronics or gifts. The savings and convenience add up quickly.

I am still new to the membership. I purchased aftershokz with the memberships deal of the day and I saved but, the earphones were the simple ones vs the enhanced ones. I'm hoping the deals aren't steered to sell items otherwise wouldn't as quick if they weren't part of the perks of a membership. Similar to black Friday deals including not-so-great brands.

Have had for a week and saved more than 100 dollars

I like this membership as it has saved me money. I haven't used the Geek Squad portion of it mainly because I work in IT and can fix my issues myself. I've saved enough each year that it covers the cost of the plan.

This process is ridiculous. And there seems to be no way to redeem this offer.

I recently discovered that I was charged for a Best Buy Plus membership—something I never asked for or agreed to. It turns out the cashier added it during checkout without my consent, which is incredibly frustrating and feels very dishonest. Since being unknowingly signed up, I haven’t seen any real benefits from having this membership. No noticeable savings, perks, or exclusive deals that would justify the extra cost.

Since we opened the account, the company has been a good partner in our purchases. The customer service has always been supreme, and we've been completely satisfied with every purchase we've made, except for one television that lasted 12 years and then stopped working. However, on our last purchase, the service we received from Geek Squad was fabulous, and we were very grateful for the installation once again. Thank you, Best Buy.

Membership saves you alot on deals and one main perk was for me they extend the return option so if anything goes wrong i can take it back and not worry
