I’ve been using the My Best Buy Plus membership for a few months now, and it’s absolutely worth it. The free 2-day shipping alone has saved me so much time (and money), especially during the holidays. The exclusive member deals have also paid for the membership pretty quickly—there have been a few times where I saved $30–$50 on tech just for being a member. I also love the extended return window and the added convenience for tech support. As someone who shops Best Buy pretty regularly for everything from laptops to smart home gear, the peace of mind and extra perks make this a no-brainer. If you shop Best Buy more than a couple times a year, My Best Buy Plus practically pays for itself. Highly recommend!

I feel this should be at a lower price. I had serious issues with long delivery and the rules were not explained to me the return policy (14 days) but with this membership I could come in side the store on my day off from work and take care of business (day 15, 16, 17 or 18 days later) This was a big game changer.

Membership is a real value, Member prices plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. The fact that I can get money back on a previous purchase that goes on sale cheaper than I paid is the main part that sold me, and I have I benefited already once before. Also love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases.

This membership is a real value when planning on many purchases, like purchasing all of the computer components to build a new computer. I selected the lower membership option to get the member lower costs and free shipping. I would have gone with the higher end membership if they explained it better. For example, everything is covered for 2-years, but no explanation of how that works and there's no retail store in our area.

I have had nothing but bad luck with the purchase that got me into this. i ordered an oven in October. I was promised delivery before Thanksgiving. Then reordered promising Id have it before Christmas. Then finally promised it by today, January 5. it was to be here between 10am-1pm. not a courtesy call, text or email. no on showed up or called AGAIN! I made several phone calls and was told it would be here by 7pm or someone would call to reschedule. Again not a word. I am still waiting to hear what happened. Why for the third time do I still have no oven? I am so upset. I wasted a day waiting on something that was never coming. I had to pay someone to babysit my two grandchildren because your people said no children in the way. This is the absolute worst customwr service I have ever delt with. Shame on Best Buy. Not one person followed through this sale. Take my monwy and then treat ua like this! Shame on Best Buy. Now what am I suppose to do? I should not have to go through all the mess to talk with someone to find out what happened to my over. someone shpuld be calling mw to explain what ia going wrong. Shae on hou Best Buy. I will surely be letting everyone I know how badly this was handled. I can't figure out how to use it. Is it only good for buying things that are marked Member Price? We bought an Alen Purifier online, and now we can't buy the filters through Best Buy. We have to purchase them through the Alen Company. Very expensive.

This membership is good if you buy a lot of electronics and best buy has good pricess and deals, you can save the most out your purchases at best buy.

My first use of this enabled me to return a RokuTV within 60 days for a larger and upgraded version to the Plus Series with 0 hassle. Membership honors a 2 day delivery schedule yet after an unavoidable flat tire and subsequent delay for days after a weekend, they assured me delivery would follow the next day and it was. Their communication and commitment to my satisfaction was authentic and immediate. An unheard of practice in my experience these days.
