WAS A GOOD BUY UNTIL LAST YEAR WHEN WEBROOT DROPPED.

Had the Geek Squad for years and they have helped me with every computer and appluance I've purchased. Saved me tons of headaches and money when we purchased a new dishwasher. No delivery charge, installation or haul away. Never been disappointed.

For the cost of this you get great benefits. I like the free shipping, in-home product set-up, professional tech support that answers all my questions.

Having this program give us peace of mind when we have a problem with one of our electronic items. We simply call the 800 # or take the item into the store. So easy and personable. We always can count on Best Buy and their services.

I have an all in one computer. It is heavy. When I have a problem and take it to Best Buy, I have to carry it in and I only get 20 minutes. They are always late and usually have interruptions. I do not get all my issues taken care of and I am told to make another appointment and come back. When I try to do it over the phone, I am on the phone forever and my problem gets worse.

Best investment ever. Have had all my computer problems taken care of with little or no hassle. Removes all my concerns about loss of computer service. All my units are serviced with no waiting.

I have had this service for ten years and when I have called for information to fix a problem on either my computer or printer, they respond within a couple of hours! The problem is always solved!

This is an expensive subscription but we have peace of mind to call the Geek Squad and get help when we need it. The agent installed our new Roku device. He was excellent.!

We love our total tech subscription. However, we are very unhappy to hear that we will lose the in-home tech support when this subscription is up. Yes. Best Buy is lowering the amount by a few dollars. But, now whenever we need help in purchasing a new product, we won't be able to have someone come out to the house to recommend just the right product for us. Also, by having our current plan, we don't have to go through the hassle of having a third party deliver. We did that once. We won't do it again. If we can't have the excellent recommendation and delivery service, we'll probably purchase any further products that need to be delivered somewhere that offers an 'in-house' delivery service. In addition, there are times when we've needed help with a printer. We've had to have a tech come to the house. Under the new plan, we'd have to pay for that. Not happy with what we will be getting under the new plan.

I can depend on the "My Best Buy Total" Yearly Subscription for repairs, upgrades, and especially the swift cleanup of random hacking issues. Have used this Best Buy Total Service frequently.
