Best Buy Total takes all the worry out of owning electronic devices or appliances when something breaks down. Just one phone call to Best Buy and they handle the rest.

Although I am not happy that BB has removed some of the perks of their Total, I would not be without it. Not a year has gone by that I have not used it at least once. Geek Squad works on my laptop remotely, sometimes for hours, to get a problem resolved. I'd be in deep trouble without BB Total.

I have done this a number of years and found it invaluable for dropped and broken screens, water damage, and other mishaps or malfunctions not your doing...i find i use the coverage for some unknown event each year.

Product is good . Little expensive. Yearly purchase. Did you it often. Geek squad was good. On line geek squad was a little tough. Did not understand the person , language barrier. English language was not good.

This Best Buy Geek Squad Protection is Well Worth the Subscription. I wouldn't be without it. I have called them and taken my computer in to them at Best Buy several times over the years and they have always fixed the problem. If they can't do it over the phone with you then they get you in right away at the Geek Squad Repair Center.
