Had Total Tech Support for many years then they doubled the price and their geek squad personnel don’t seem to be as helpful as years past. Came with a jammed thumb clicker on my Master MX mouse and they said the tracking on the mouse was the problem and that I would need a new mouse. Immediately cancelled my subscription that I had since 2012. 3 stars is the average from what the program was to what it has become.

The delivery and set-up were excellent. The salesman charged me for two things I did not need. One has been corrected, and I am working on the other.

I have My Best Buy Total, but haven’t used it yet. It’s not as good as Best Buy Total Tech Protection. I wish they didn’t change it.

Total tech yearly renewal is something that has come in handy in many cases for me and my family.

We've had your Geek Squad, Total Tech service for about 15 yrs now. We Had been really happy with it (even though we hardly used it, but it was there if we needed it). You have changed service, and name of it, in the last couple of years... You doubled your $99.99 yearly rate to $199.99 last year. We couldn't really afford it, but decided keep it. You still had a lot of good services. Then a few days ago, we got email that you changed services and name of Total Tech to new name"my best total". You took away the services we used, like anti virus, in home tech support, delivery and take away ( and by the way, this service is the ONLY reason we bought our refrigerator from you!). You lowered your now doubled price $20.00, to $179.99 and made it sound like you were doing us a great favor and service! You have done nothing to help us! What are you going to charge us EXTRA for our much needed anti virus, and each service that we originally had in our tech support!!! Looks to us like you are only helping yourselves and not your LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

It is nice to have, but I don't like that they keep changing the plan and I get less for more money.
