Best Buy is ine of my favorite stores, the people are great, prices and selections are top notch, but this program doesn't provide benefits that outway the costs. The value might be there if it was reduced in cost by 60%. Sad to see this program not reward long-term loyal customers. ...and yes I did a cost benefit analysis.

Disappointed customer

I hardly ever used it, this week I went to purchase a T.V I was told they changed the plan and no longer offer that service included in the total tech service plan. SO I CANCELED

He found my problem and brought the part I needef snd also at my request brought a new printer for me. I also saved money on it too.
