The coffee grinds come up to the lid after the coffee is brewed. When the lid was removed alot of the grounds spilled out. The filter was had to clean out the coffee grounds. It is definitely not as easy as the K-cups but will save money in the long run.

You have to remove an existing insert in the coffee maker to put this in and then to clean this and put the native insert back in before you next Kcup use. If you forget, the machine won't work and you'll be wondering as I was, WTF, is wrong?

Don't like that you have to change both cartridge and housing before use. I've since found an off brand that fits the same housing at a better price with easier use. I don't recommend buying this product.

But this does not fit either of the Kuerig machines I have. They need to list the model numbers so that you can match up the cup with the machine. There are specific fits and styles of the cup that will work and those that will not. Plus even trying to make this work manually, it makes really weak and messy coffee. Love my machine, but will stick with the cups.

WRONG! The water shoots out of this thing so fast and it barely gives the coffee any time to brew. I tried doing several different types of grinds and each one was the same...BAD! I did more research on the Internet and discovered that of all the accessories for the Keurig this item was on the bottom of all lists. Don't get me wrong I love my Keurig but not this item.

Look up all the comments on the internet (Which I did not do). Even using the suggested modifications of putting an old cleaned out cup in this, the coffee is still horrible. I think Keurig did not want to compete with the prepackaged K cups, so they did not put much work into this one.
