    Works great for me Just have the setting in 3 min loops and videos do eliminate themselves Good long cable, just has to put black tape over the red light because it is a bit strong while driving at night

    I got this while it was on sale for Best Buy's Deal of the Day. The quality is alright. You can see signs in the video if the letters are really really big. Street signs are a bit hard to read. In regards to license plates, you can't read it unless you are really close to the car in front of you. So if you want this to catch any license plates from hit and runs, I would recommend you to get a better quality dash cam. However, for less than $50 when it was on sale. This isn't bad. It does what I need it to do, which is to record what is happening in case of an accident. I've been using this for three months and after two months, some other issues are that it sometimes turn on and then off in the beginning. So sometimes I have to unplug it and plug it in again to have it turn on and record. I don't know why this happens but it can get annoying at times. The suction cup that came with it to hold the dash cam is pretty good. It has yet to fallen off yet. To give you an idea of temperatures, I live in California. Pretty warm here and rarely dips before 45-50 degrees.

    Seems to work ok. Hopefully I won’t have to use it. I have had a couple of cameras I don’t know why the always put these cables on the wrong side so they’re bent in the wrong positions to connect. The screen is also small wish it was a little bigger

    Works well. You need to purchase a better SD card though so you can save videos on the card. It won't really work on the 8GB card they provide unless you turn the quality all the way down.

    I do love this dash cam and use everyday. I still can’t figure out why I have to have it constantly plugged in to stay on, which is why I gave it a four star rating. I would recommend this dash cam.

      Hello. Since dash cams can be regularly exposed to extreme heat or cold, large batteries are very rarely used, for fire safety reasons. Our dash cams must be plugged in at all times for operation because they are equipped with either very small batteries or super capacitors, and these are only meant to retain time/date/menu settings and allow the camera to save the last recorded video when the car is turned off.
