Good controller ruined by bad software

The software for PC is hot garbage, completely ruins the controller. Every time you want to make a change to a profile you have to go through a multi step process just to connect the software to the controller. Returned

The perfect controller

It feels high quality with the rubberized material, the placement buttons are in a good position. I have big hands so. I could see the placement of the back buttons and the top buttons being a issue for smaller hand individuals. the customization is endless. The only issue i ran into was that the app was a little bit confusing at first but after messing with it i could navigate it without an issue. i also ran into an issue that my select, menu and share buttons werent working while playing call of duty and i couldnt figure out why but after sliding the lock button to the left (towards the cable port) it started working again. I love this controller i see myself using it for the next couple of years. like i said it was just a little confusing trying to figure out the in app settings and why some buttons werent working at the time, just had to mess with it to figure it all out.
