When it works...sound was awesome! Had to troubleshoot for about an hour. If you have a best system, your Bluetooth will be completely compromised. I kept hearing the side speakers crackle and go out. Ended up getting the SONOS, it operates in WiFi and is way more intuitive for my current set up. If you don’t have a nest system to enhance your WiFi, this system may work great for you.

The eARC connection between TV and soundbar produced no sound. After hours troubleshooting with BB and Nakamichi this product was returned to BB store. Since this soundbar was ordered online BB said return to nearest store for a replacement. However, the BB stores do not stock this item so I had to reorder and then they charged me extra tax for the replacement due to BB store being in a different county. The replacement was lost for several weeks so I told BB to cancel order, but they could not until the soundbar showed up at store. Once it finally showed up I cancelled the order. The whole experience was a nightmare with BB. Nakamichi support was miserable to deal with too. When you have to take off work for a set day and time phone support and only not to be called as promised. Lots of excuses Nakamichi!

Have a tough time figuring out what remote I need to use. You have to keep changing HDMI to watch another option like fire stick. I have been in contact with Nakamichi and getting email help. All in all, confusing for me, my wife, rather just use tv speakers. I’m wondering if it’s me or something wrong with it. Big investment for the issues.

For the value it is good, could do some improvements for the sound quality

Very, very close to 5 stars. I've had this for close to 6 months now, and overall I am very happy with it. My only gripes are the silence when the system is decoding the source audio. For example, if I go from the PS5 to Directv, there's about 30 seconds of silence while the system determines what type of audio the source is now pushing. Also, when powering up the system, it goes right back into sleep mode, so you have to select the input again. That being said, the audio is just fantastic! In my opinion, the balance of the subwoofers is what really makes this a great system. And you'll be hard pressed to find 3 HDMI inputs into an Atmos soundbar, especially at this price. I highly recommend this system!

I returned mine. The bass was amazing and the soundbar sounded pretty good but I constantly had problems with the rear speakers, I did everything troubleshooting wise to make em sound better but could never get them to. Also I constantly had to change the sound settings every time I switched from a movie or different tv show and or even music. Personally not worth the 1200 I paid for it. My roku audio setup sounded better than this and cost considerably less, only wish roku had a bigger sub.

I have a 70” Sony Android TV in which I purchased almost 2 years ago. I bought this Soundbar System a couple weeks ago. It was extremely difficult getting the sound to come out from the TV to the system using HDMI cable. It only works using the digital optical cable.

The question is do you just want an enhancement to watching tv, playing your video games or streaming your favorite shows OR do want an EXPERIENCE. This sound system will make you feel like your actually in the movie or at the game. I have 0 regrets and enjoy watching my Steelers go onto victory.

I actually returned my Sony setup for the Nakamichi. It blow all the sound bars I own away (I own 4 different kinds). It literally feels like I am at the theater every time I watch a movie. The customer service is also AMAZING!

Great sound bar. Dialog is much improved over the LG OLED TV. Sound sound speakers are great and Atmos adds a lot to the movies. We were unable to get ARC to work so we had to use the optical connection and using Xfinity remote we we code not find a code that would allow the remote to control the Nakamichi

I could list so many issues with this system, but it would take me too long to do it. To summarize: -Sound constantly goes out requiring complete re-boot. We tried both connections (HDMI ARC, Optical) -Even when working, the sound is just average-Not what you would expect from a system in this price range and we fine tuned it to the best it would deliver. -The dual subs are over rated. We have a JBL 5.1 system that blows this thing away and half the cost. Ended up returning the system after 1.5 days of use. Just too much trouble to deal with the sound cutting out.

Quality packaging & feel. Sounded great when turned up 75% volume, but too loud at that point for my listening. Controls were too complicated and remote wouldn’t program to be controlled with my Dish remote. System would often turn itself on 30 min after TV was off. For the reason of functionality and complication to update, Had to return. Would make a good system for cranking up the volume at a party listeneing to music.

Purchased these for a new home theater and was very disappointed..!! Sound was good when the rear speakers worked, but that was not often.. Rear speakers and subwoofer would random cut out and crackle. Would not recommend

A great sound separating soundbar and it turns my living room into a movie house and frankly better. Double base speakers bring you to a different world.

Could never really get this to work properly. Was havin issues with the hdmi arc feature. I thought it was me since I called support and worked with them for hours. I plugged an older hdmi arc compatible receiver in and it worked flawlessly. It would have been a great value if I could actually get it to work.
