This thing is a waste. Just buy the Philips hue. The sticky material did not stick and fell off after an hour. I followed instructions and cleaned tv surface like it said. There is a delay in what the camera sees and what the light do. Colors did not match well, and I spent hours trying to adjust it to look somewhat okay. I returned it

The product was easy to install and works fine. Syncs very well with Homekit
We are so sorry to hear about this. Do you live in a humid area? The reason we ask is that the adhesives can be affected by humidity causing the stickers to lose their adhesiveness. Have you also cleaned the tv before you place them? As dust and other particles can also make the stickers weak. Have you also reached out to our support team about this?

App and control module don't work properly

The control box will not/connect properly and lose the 4-D aspect. Customer service will give you the runaround with emails that they only respond to once a week, and just suggest resetting the module and sending endless videos until it's too late to return the light strip. Go with a diff brand.

Nah nothing like the pictures I don’t like it at all waste of money and time

Our son wanted LED lights for his room and I'm so glad Best Buy suggested these. It's very cool how many settings it has and he loves the way the lights mirror what is on his TV. We did have some trouble setting it up so took a star off for that but once we got it working, we were very satisfied.
