Bulbs work, but do not connect with Google
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The bulbs work, but connecting with Google worked first, and then suddenly stopped. Now I can't get them to connect. This renders them very low value for money.

Posted .Hello and we hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with your A19 Bulbs, but no worries, we should be able to help you get this connecting back again. Have you tried to unplug the Nanoleaf device, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in? Sign out of your Nanoleaf Account on the Nanoleaf App and Sign back in. Also, ensure that the “Sync with Nanoleaf Cloud” button is pressed after signing in. Unlink the Nanoleaf skill in the Google Home/Assistant App and re-link it. We might need to ask some troubleshooting questions, will there be any way we can reach you at? Please let us know if any of that works.

Waste of money and time.
