    This product is cool at first, then apple home comes to play. Not worth it. Ive had philips hue for over a decade, zero issues. You reset and reset and wipe and still garbage. Not worth the hassle, or money. Stay away

    I have an Eero 6 Pro system and have taken a ton of troubleshooting steps both with my wifi and the Lines—they connect during setup and then immediately drop the connection. These are total trash, I will be returning both sets i bought…complete waste of time, would give zero stars if I could!

    Bought two in-store units, neither of which worked at all and were returned. Neither were able to pair and were stuck in an infinite “startup” cycle; one never even turned on. The unit that did turn on remained a dim white as they waited to power on completely, but never cycled through color or even got to the pairing stage. One controller had a recall, the other was the new version yet it made no difference. Hours were spent trying new outlets and configuring WiFi settings (especially only using a 2.4GHz network) to no avail. The Nanoleaf software (both app and desktop) is also absolutely painful to use and consistently breaks. If I wasn’t able to return them I would have just thrown them in the trash where they belong. $200, lol.
