Great smart addition....

This would be a great start for my decision going forward for larger panels or more of the same. Very happy to do this route and seeing where I go.....

Fun for the whole family

Add on triangle lights

A gift to my son

Great when they work!

They’re totally unresponsive. Until this point, absolutely would have given 5 stars. Customer service at Nanoleaf is no help, and multiple tutorials and troubleshooting guides have done nothing to resolve the issue.

Posted .Hey Brando, we are genuinely sorry as to how the experience went with your Nanoleaf Mini Triangles. We had some firmware updates recently to target some errors but if your Lights become unresponsive, we should still be able to assist you to get a replacement if needed. Usually, e would need to get some troubleshooting done first, but if determined that it is a hardware defect, we would be glad to get that for you. Would there be any way you can reach us do we can look into this case for you?
