Look Great but turn off sometimes

That being said, ours have had issues with randomly turning off, so we have to hit the power button a few more times than ideal. Overall quality is good.

Terrible Product, Really Disappointing

But the lights were disproportional. Does not pair. Buttons are unresponsive to hard or soft reset. Poor quality from Nanoleaf.

There have been updates to the firmware that should resolve some connectivity issues, but no worries, we should be able to assist, however, we might have to ask you some questions to troubleshoot. Once we see that there are possible defective parts, we can also help in getting that replaced. Will there be any way we can contact you so we can follow through with some other troubleshooting steps to get this resolved?

Okay Product

They also left an unfortunate dark color on the wall when I decided to take them down. Very bummed on how expensive they are as well.

Posted .Hey! If you have textured walls, that could be why the Triangles kept falling. We'd recommend screw mounting them if possible 😊
