    The adhesive behind the panels fell of. Quality did not meet the price of the good. Could have become a safety issue if it was not in an isolated area.

      Sorry to hear about your panels falling! A few things could have caused this issue, from having dust or oil on the wall before mounting, to having uneven or textured walls, or wallpaper, all of which are not ideal for mounting our panels, unfortunately. If you think dust or oil may have been the issue and you wish to mount them again with the original type of adhesives, we can send you replacement tapes, and you can make sure to clean the wall and allow it to fully dry before mounting. If you wish to go with this option, let us know, and our support team can get your information to ship you the extra mounting tapes.

    The look of the product is great. The colors are vibrant and very bright. The app used to control the device, the controller for the device, and the connectivity of the panels are absolutely awful. The app crashes constantly and it refuses to stay connected to internet meaning it never works. I wouldn’t recommend.
