Again, this steel was OOP for a very long time, until Best Buy got some in stock for the season. So glad to have the chance to own these Christmas movies in steelbook packaging. The movie itself is laugh out loud funny every few minutes. Chevy's best movie.

This is one of my favorite Christmas movies and we watch it every year. We decided to upgrade to Blu-ray this this year and the disc did not disappoint. The color was vivid and the picture was clean and clear. The 2.0 digital audio track was fine with no distortions. The price was right at $8.99.

Great classic Christmas movie to own. Saves me money having to rent this every year for the family. Steelbook was not available but this is sufficient for now.

This is one of those Christmas movies I try to watch every year along with Elf, Home Alone, Miracle on 34th Street, etc. Unfortunately it does have some language in it including one F-bomb so it isn't one you should watch with the younger children.

Had to pick this up over the holiday season, mostly because I was tired of seeing the edited version on TV. If you enjoy John Hughes movies (even though he only wrote the screenplay and did not direct), this is worth watching at any time of year!

Have always loved this movie. It's a classic and still so very funny. Best Buy had this Blue Ray at an amazing price so I needed to pick it up. Love it and it's my go to Christmas movie, but you can watch it year round. And best of all, it's a family movie.

For my money the absolute funniest Christmas movie ever made. It's an annual tradition in our family and we can quote virtually every line word-for-word.

I can honestly say I have seen this movie upwards of a couple hundred times. In my top 5 movies of all times. Not because it is a "high quality movie", but because it just makes me smile. If you haven't seen it... it will go down in history as a classic so you should watch it.

Every Christmas this is a must watch movie , Chevy Chase is funny as all heck, and his cousin , played by Quaid is right up there with the laughs good wholesome movie for the Family to watch

Great movie! Classic! Can't go thru Christmas without watching this movie at least once, or twice, or well you get the point! Great picture and sound on this DVD. Must buy if you haven't already! Perfect family night by the tree!

This movie has been around for many years and if you have not seen this movie and have nor laughed your tail off each time youve watched it, you clearly live in this smallest shell of hermitsville.

A classic Christmas movie! I laugh every time I watch it. Finally broke down and got the Blu-ray version in widescreen to replace the old standard format DVD I had. So much better to watch it this way in HD!

Great to have one of the best Christmas Comedies ever on Bluray. Chances are you already know the movie and are just considering getting it on BluRay. This is definitely a nice upgrade to have for viewing the movie in Hi-Def!

The Steel Book is great for those who enjoy collecting these types of movies. The film itself is a great family comedy to enjoy each and every holiday season. Sure to put a smile on your face and bring back those who grew up with this movie to their childhood!

Christmas vacation is a must have movie. It is especially great to watch around the holidays but, can most definitely be enjoyable any time of the year.

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is the number one holiday movie to watch. It brings back all the joy and cheer of Christmases of old, and the comedy is perfect for any family. I've found something new every time I've watched this movie, and it is GREAT!

had to replace the orig dvd with the new blu ray as we continue to do that with all the dvds as the pic is more chrisper sound ,etc is a lot more better ,also you have the 2nd disic with all the extras an I got the steel box which I think helps protect the dvd

It is a Christmas present for someone else so I haven't opened and watched it yet, but the shipping was fast and arrived before it said it would, despite it getting closer to Christmas time. The case does not appear to be damaged at all.

We purchased this to play in the background during our annual Christmas party. DO NOT do that! This movie is way too funny! Nobody will pay attention to the party. This Blu-Ray version was easy to find at my local Best Buy!

A lot of older movies to convert to blu-ray like i would hope, but this guy did just fine. The Flying Saucer scene is proof in that. Otherwise standard affair with these types of movies and I can't complain for the price.
