not like last years

I bought the nite I picked up my xbox one and that was the only nite I pretty much played. I try everyday and servers are always messed up, they took $80 in vc I bought for my player!!! I've called support 3xs and they still haven't corrected the issue!! u always get kicked bac to Dashboard when starting a game... I'm just so mad I love this game but it's been a real let down!!
