One of the few games I buy

Horrible game

Does not live up to Next GEN Version

That is why I purchased this during holiday sales, around 50% off + gift card. I just needed an updated 2K game to keep me entertained. That being said, it's not a bad game- definitely updated gaming mechanics, graphics and the works. Great game, but not much effort put in by 2K for this last gen version.

Not at all what you expect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never ever, ever write reviews for anything, but if I can save one person for wasting their money, I've done my job. The PS3 and 360 version of NBA 2k16 is essentially NBA 2K15 with updated rosters. There is no "Spike Lee joint" career mode with cut scenes, high school, or college play that your friends have been hyping up, just the same exact career mode 2K has been rolling out for the past 3-4 years. The new features are only for the next gen versions of the game. The worst part you have to DIG all over the internet to find that these features aren't available for the PS3/360 versions, which is why I hope this review helps. The game is not worth $60 and since Best Buy won't allow to return the item, I'm stuck with it.
