The Nintendo Switch currently doesn't have a whole lot of sports games so I decided to pick this one up even though I am not a big basketball fan. I was pleasantly surprised though, it's a lot of fun. The controls are pretty simple as well. I'd recommend this one to anyone.

Game is a ton of fun for basketball players that need their fix on the go. MyPlayer has turned into a grind fest unless you fork over some extra cash to be even remotely decent.

Perfect game to get your basketball gaming fix, but depending on how you want to play, it can be very complicated to learn all of the different moves and plays and intricacies. Otherwise, #ballislyfe

My son was very surprised when he received this game as a birthday gift. We have played this game several of times since then. He can't wait to get him and play it! He completes his homework so that he can have extra playing time. We love this game!

This is supposed to be a portable game but it lacks any good offline features. You have to be connected to the internet in order to play My Career and My Team.

The game has good graphics but can be a bit complicated. I feel Nintendo added way too many options to the game that many kids would not necessarily want.

I bought this game for my son who is 9 yrs old. He loves it!! This was the only game he wanted when we bought the system and he hasn't asked for any other game yet....and it has been almost a month! Keeps him entertained

To be fair I have not played this game. I purchased this to maintain a complete set of Nintendo switch games. Nothing beats the original NBA Jam

This port is fully loaded and has everything the Xbox and PlayStation have minus some graphics... but hey it’s on the go and still looks beautiful. VC (Virtual Currency) is the only downside but it is what it is

If you're an NBA 2k fan, you'll love this version on the Switch. Graphics are not as crisp as the PS4 version but it still looks really good. AND you can take it anywhere and get an online game going. Awesome!

As long as its better than a ps1 version of a game. this will be good to go on the switch. taking it too the hoop in portable is just nice.

It is going to be worth the price just to see Labron in a Lakers Jersey. I own the PS4 version already and I got this switch just to play on the plane for 17 hours. I has great sound and video.

Really enjoy NBA 2k18, but the MyGM mode is pretty annoying. Avoid that mode if you can, but otherwise a great NBA simulation game to take with you on road trips!

It's 2k on the go in my opinion, if you want to take NBA 2K on the go buy it on the Switch. Can't wait for NBA 2K19.

This is the worst version of this game that you can get this year. The resolution in handheld mode leaves everything looking soft and blurry. The space needed for the extra download space requires you to get a larger memory card, and the gameplay just doesn't run as smooth as you would expect from a 2k game. Skip it this year and hope that next year they can put out a better version on Switch.

My son has really enjoyed the game. My only complaint is no roster updates since January so we’ve been manually updating trade deadline moves and still waiting for current All Star rosters

This game for the Nintendo Switch is awesome. I would recommend getting the downloadable game just because the carts are so small I would imagine quite a few people can misplace them

This might be out of date.. but Lebron is still on the Cavs in this game if you're from cleveland.. and its much cheaper than this years edition..

I've purchased NBA 2K every year since 2K2. When I saw gameplay video of 2K18 running on the Switch, I had to get my hands on it. While the game modes are almost identical to the superior PS4 and Xbox One versions, the frame rate runs at 30fps. I heard about this before buying but figured it probably isn't noticeable. I was wrong. There's input lag that really affects having fun with the game.

Great port of the game. A bit of lag here and there and graphics obviously aren't a match for PC or consoles, but for nba on the go it's pretty great.
