Looks good but bad gameplay... wish even for a ps3 port because that would have been better.

graphics looks worse than mobile version, I really don’t recommend

NBA 2K18 for Nintendo Switch is the same version as its PS4 and Xbox One counterparts. It runs great and looks fantastic in portable mode. If you are a 2K fan, it's a 100% purchase!

This game delivers an awesome NBA2K experience on the Switch. If you're buying this expecting ps4/XB1 graphics you will be disappointed. Give the Switch a break look how small it is! The graphics are really good though. They may not be super realistic but it is not bad by any means just looks like a video game. In my opinion it looks better in handheld mode, probably because of the smaller screen and all that. I have not experienced any issues with the My Career like others have stated. Some cut scenes can start off choppy but usually "catch up" and its smooth after that. There have been 1 or 2 instances where the sound for a cut scene would be distorted almost like it was playing out of a blown speaker, but I can deal with that. The game play is great, however the mobile game play is very limited but it is fun nonetheless. I would recommend this to any NBA fan who owns a Switch.

The game is fun, it looks beautiful, plays well. I bought it mainly to support 3rd parties that give us full versions, and not watered down garbage. Issues I have is that you can't put your switch to sleep w/o losing your game. That defeats the point of a portable game where I can play on the bus, play on my work breaks, and then plug it in when I get home and finish on the big screen. Minus one star for portable use.

I can't believe how polished and fantastic this game is on the Nintendo Switch! I enjoyed it so much that I sold my PS4 copy to keep playing this version!

I don't play much park or other modes online so having a story and having to connect online to play my career alone is garbage!!! So take that into consideration because if you play my career and in a middle of a game against the computer you have to leave and expect to return where you left off your game will lose connection and you will have to start from the first quarter again!?!?! Keep in mind that you left the switch at home connected to the internet and you knew that if you took it with you the connection would be lost so you didn't take the switch with you and still got disconnected. Every game I have in my library (Mario odyssey, Zelda, Mario kart, Resident evil) I don't have that issue but NBA2K is the only one. Makes no sense. Everything else with the game as far as looks controls presentation is wonderful and 30fps still feels great with this game but that feature needs to be fixed. So if that isn't an issue or deal breaker then purchase otherwise I would wait until an update addresses the issue or until next installment NBA 2K19!

Would have given it 4 stars if I didn't have to download it after buying the hard copy. There was no reason to wait and go to the store for the card if I was still going to have to download the game. Like the title says it's a good game on the portable consol. It's OK on a big screen. Not up to par with PS4 or Xbox 1 but not far off enough to own copies for both systems. Download was annoying.

Can't wait for this to release on the Switch! I will be playing it all the time!

THIS IS A REALLY FUN GAME FOR THE NINTENDO SWITCH CONSOLE

This game will require a 6.8GB download for data that wasn't included on the cart, a 16.1GB download for update data (because apparently they didn't feel the need to finish the game before releasing it), and an additional 5GB of data per save file. That is a minimum of 23GB needed to download just to play the completed game, and 28GB total to play and save. 28GB!!! Each person in the house that wants to save their own game, that is another 5GB of data! If you have a slow internet connection, you may be waiting a few days after inserting the game cart before you can even play. Send a message to these developers that they need to choose the appropriate game cart size and need to actually finish the game before releasing it to the public. This is ridiculous!
