The new version of 2k19 shows some slight improvements over previous versions. Not a big fan of the new shooting mechanics or the overuse of animations. As much as it used to be an issue with the ball ghosting through players when on defense, they seem to have overcompensated for this. Still, probably the best basketball simulator on the market right now.

My son is a huge basketball fan and routinely asks for the most recent iteration of the 2K basketball franchise. While I have not played the game myself, he definitely enjoys it and always seems happy with the update from the previous year. It's also awesome to see a Milwaukee Buck make the cover!

Great addition to the franchise, some improved game play goes along way

2K has been hands down the best basketball game for the past 13 years. It is up there with the best sports gaming franchises as well. The defense has improved this year over 2k18, however, i think the animations/player models might be better last year. Overall, def pick up at a discounted price.

The game is still loaded with microtransactions, much like the previous year's release. I guess at least you don't have to pay with virtual currency every time you want to change your hair style. I can't say how fun it is to play, because I'm still grinding to get decent stats.

Purchased for my son. He and friends really like the graphics and realistic look of the players.

First of all, NBA 2K19 has great graphics. The quality of life in this game helps the mood too.

This is a Xmas gift so he hasn’t opened it yet, but the reviews are great and so was the price!

It’s a fun game to play. The sliders are better than last year and the gameplay is addictive

My son said it is a little identical to the previous one. But he still love his NBA 2K18 more.

Compared to last years game, I think 2K went ahead and corrected some of the thing they thought were updates. The feel of the game is back at least in my opinion, and the control seems better suited that last year. I'm enjoying the time spent in China so far in MyCareer mode, I think that was a welcome twist and a nod to the NBA beginning to become a more global game. So far so good all around.. nice job!

Graphics are much better than the 2018's. Game play is more difficult so it is a new challenge

This is the first time this I have owned this game, but fun for my youngest son an even for me

Pretty awesome to do a fantasy draft and get to play with the greatest players of all time.

NBA 2K19 is a great installment in the series. Four player blacktop matches get very intense.

Great game at a great price. $30 well spent. If your a basketball fan you should purchase.

Fun to play still, has a pretty good story, & solid new gameplay updates to improve animations

If you have never played 2k before, it will take time to adjust and learn the controls. Once you do, the game gets more enticing and fun. However, you will find yourself limited in abilities unless you want to pay money or play forever, which is why I consider this game average. Overall, quality is good and I still had fun playing the game
