Dribbling/moving with players now feels stiff

Dribbling the ball up and down the court/making moves feels more stiff than it has in years past, and it's the biggest takeaway I have about this game. Sometimes people buy a year old sports game to save money over the new version - I don't recommend it in this case. 2k21 also has issues, but can be found on sale easily.
