Horrible game

I will no longer purchase any 2k games because they lie every year about their games and bonuses

Don’t Pre-order your games from Best Buy

He said that there was nothing extra included in the game as advertised and everyone online had the same issue. He emailed some help desk for assistance. In the future I will buy a regular game not the one $100+ very disappointed.

It was the right game but for the wrong game console. Nephews could not play. Their mother is having to come to store to exchange it. I hope she has no problem. I have been happy with service until now. Children were disappointed.

You basically feel like you're gambling more than playing basketball. 2K use to make revolutionary basketball games, now they turn players into slot machines.

Very disappointed considering how much I have recently spent at this location. Will consider buying me PS5 elsewhere
