Rip off if not on sale, most of the additional items run on sale in game quite often. This game loves micro-transactions like most games these days

I have not been able to play this game. It freezes every time I try to play it. I have reached out to Best Buy, Microsoft, and 2k. I purchased the game on Black Friday. I returned the game and got a replacement since that was Best Buy’s policy and I still had the same issue. I spent numerous hours talking to Microsoft. I contacted 2k via email and online chats, doing the same thing over and over again. Still cannot play the game. Looks like I wasted my money.

I pre ordered this for when my x box series x came in. Turned on the console put the code in. It said redeemed and the only thing that was on my series x console was the 2k21 standard old gen. Ive contacted microsoft, 2k, and Best buy and no one could help me. What is yalls problem?

Very disappointed in Best Buy and Microsoft. I bought this by accident because my boys don’t have the new Xbox and we can’t even use it. $100 down the drain and an unhappy young man for Christmas. No exchange from either company! What am I supposed to do with a game they can’t play? Mad mad mad mom.

Game did not work. Beware. Tried to delete and reinstall multiple times. Contacted 2k online and support chat was not available. Received email response after returning game. Check online reviews and it seems like this game is faulty.

stick with 2k21 i got the mamba series x version and graphics and series X look like xbox one version i say just stick with 2k20 not missing anything say your money

Hated it started late cause it was hard to get a nex gen when I did everyone was hella high in overall. The game kept crashing on me impossible to hit legend for the average player.

Do not buy from bestbuy probably won’t get the steel book case you want. The specific reason why you would be buying from this company. Save money cheaper on console store or Amazon.

Basically rip me off for a disc that didn’t work and a day or 2 after I bought it it dropped to 50 bucks so I paid 80 for nothing

Thought they would bring out the big guns for next gen, sadly they didn't they just added a bunch of stores/ buildings.
