Game has major issue!

It will randomly turn my Xbox series x off during live games, or career mode. 2k is aware and is working on a solution. I tried to get a refund due to the game messing up so often, but no luck. This is the first game that has ever made my new Xbox crash. Many people online post about this issue and share my frustration.

Beyond ridiculous. ps: I'm sure this game is excellent. I love the series. I'll change my rating when the consoles become available to get.
