Wouldn't recommend this game to my worst enemy. I thought that the constant negative ratings from every single 2k made would make them start to try more and fix their mechanics, but I was wrong. I don't know what's more sad, how my 6'8" player can't make a layup over a 6' defender when I shoot a full bar due to the new green system, or that the developers in the 20+ years of this game still haven't figured out how to make a well functioning game. I actually don't hate the new green system, where as the defender closes in on you your window of greening gets smaller, but it makes no sense to have it completely disappear from my shot meter. This has caused countless full bars to not go in. If I'm timing it right, then it should go in.

This is a first time item purchased and I'm not familiar

Easy purchase and picking up the game went smooth.

My son had a game purchased for him and it was the wrong system Xbox X instead of Xbox One. He opened the game to test if it was compatible. Turns out it wasn't so we attempted to swap it out for the correct one and the refused to swap it. I have never reviewed a product before but best buys customer service and policy was so horrible that I had to write something.
