Store would not accept open item even though return was declared an open item on the website. Wasted an 1hr trying to return something the store wouldn’t accept. Either the store lied or the website is broke.

Terrible experience

Other games worked perfectly. I tried to return the game the next day and BestBuy would not exchange it or give me a refund. I tried all the online solutions, updates etc and nothing worked.
